Dower has held senior HR roles in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, leading global talent reviews and strategic workforce planning and designing talent development initiatives. Her work included partnering with leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia to shape organizational design and succession planning, contributing to key functional growth and employee success.
